Sporting Clays



General Information

DATE: Sunday, July 29, 2018

TIMES:
Competition begins at 8a.m.
Competitors may shoot any time between 8a.m. and 10:30 a.m.

SITE: Lincoln Trap & Skeet (4805 N 48th, Lincoln - View map)

COMPETITION FORMAT: 100 targets total. Shooters will shoot from various stations. Any 12 gauge or smaller shotgun with 7 1/2 or smaller shot shell size is allowed.

AWARDS: Custom Cornhusker State Games gold, silver and bronze medals will be awarded to the top three finishers in each division, including each of the three classes in the Open division. The Lewis Class System will be used to determine medalists by class in the Open division. All ties will be drawn.

RULES: National Sporting Clays Association (NSCA) rules will apply.

TEAM ENTRY: Sign up on-site for $15 per team (three shooters per team). All teams must be declared prior to shooting in individual competition. Shooters must be pre-registered in an individual event to participate in the team event. Teams will be scored by the top two per station during individual competition. The team competition will be split into Open Teams and Youth Teams.

Registration Fees & Deadlines

IF REGISTERED BY THE DISCOUNT DEADLINE:
$60 per shooter (100 targets) until May 31
$65 per shooter (100 targets) until June 21
$70 per shooter (100 targets) until July 6

ENTRY FEE INCLUDES: Competition in the 2018Cornhusker State Games; White cotton athlete shirt (micro-fiber or soft cotton lightweight tri-blendupgrade available); Pass for free admission to SportFest, the Opening Ceremonies, and all competition venues; Sponsor gifts and coupons.

PAPER ENTRY FORMS: Paper entry forms will be accepted with a $5 processing fee. Registering online saves time, money and trees.
